This specific wine has been cultivated in a traditional method of maturation. After maceration and fermentation on its own yeasts, Malvasia Classic is aged for 9 months in wooden barrels.
Wine has a distinct straw yellow color. It has a nice aroma of fruits, flowers and spices covered with vanilla. Its taste is dry, salty, soft and rounded off with a fine bitter finish.
