A fresh wine, on the nose with a lot of fruitiness and with certain floral notes, in the mouth warm, finely rounded, harmonious, good body.
Crystal-shining beautiful straw-yellow color, with an aroma of solid intensity and suggestive of a fresh apple, and to some extent a vineyard peach, also offers some bright wildflowers.
The taste is lively, with good acidity, and in the end with a pleasant mild bitterness characteristic for wine of this variety.

Serving temperature: 10-12 °C
Gastro recommendation: with cold and uncomplicated warm appetizers, for example with homemade cold cuts, pasta with vegetable sauce, risottos with seafood, fish, veal, cooked fish...
