The wine has a clear, golden yellow color and is quite dense.
It has intense and complex aromas of apple chips, dried meadow flowers, acacia honey, sultana raisins and sage.
It is soft and warm on the palate, slightly tart (slightly tannic).

Aging potential is 10 years.
