MENEGHETTI Merlot
Merlot wine belongs to the Meneghetti's 'Soul of Istria' wine line. It aged for 10 months in used barrique barrels
It's a ruby colored wine with purple reflection. It has an intense aroma with a expressive fruity character in which aromas of plum, blueberry and other berries predominate, intertwined with floral notes with a fine spicy background. The palate is fresh and elegant with well-integrated fine-grained tannins.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
Gastro recommendation: nicely accompanies bluefish dishes, red meat, aged cheeses and Istrian dried pršut
